Jensen Outdoor Laguna Coffee Table has a modern aesthetic and sleek lines that make it the ideal complement to any Ipe furniture set. Whether for resting trays of canapés or showcasing decorative accents, the Laguna table boasts a midcentury modern frame, sculptural legs, and a geometric tabletop that exudes sophistication.

Part of the Laguna Collection, this coffee table features a midcentury modern aesthetic that speaks to timeless style. Crafted with meticulous care from 100% FSC-Certified Ipe timber sustainably sourced from Bolivia’s dry-tropical forests, the table’s heirloom-quality Ipe wood is built to withstand years of exposure to weather, moisture, and sun. Freshly cut Ipe timber reveals a lustrous chocolate brown hue that can be easily maintained for a lifetime, or allowed to gracefully evolve into a chic silver patina, enhancing its modern allure.

Key features of the Laguna Outdoor Coffee Table include its frame crafted from 100% FSC-Certified solid Ipe timber, ensuring durability, strength, and resistance to outdoor elements. The Ipe timber undergoes a unique fine-grain sanding technique, resulting in a smooth-as-glass hand finish that accentuates its natural beauty. The table’s legs are constructed using mortise and tenon joinery, enhancing its sleek and contemporary appearance. Each element of the table, from the square tabletop to the base and sculptural legs, is thoughtfully formed from individual slats of durable Ipe timber.

This coffee table not only provides a functional serving space for hors d’oeuvres and drinks but also serves as the perfect finishing touch to any deep seating ensemble from Jensen Outdoor. Whether for casual gatherings or formal events, the Laguna Coffee Table stands as a testament to both style and craftsmanship in outdoor furniture.

Care:

Protecting New and Newly Cleaned Ipe Furniture:

• In a ventilated area, apply Wood Shield to all clean Ipe surfaces to further protect against water and food stains, then enjoy your new set outside.

As Needed Cleaning Instructions:

• Wash your Ipe wood surfaces with a soft towel and mild dish soap, then rinse clean with water. Once complete, allow to dry.

Restore The Deep Chocolate-Brown ‘As New’ Finish:

Ipe naturally develops an elegant silver patina over time when exposed to the elements. To restore the ‘as new’ chocolate brown finish of Ipe wood, follow our simple color-restoration process:

1. To prepare Ipe for a UV-protective coat of Penofin® Verde Oil Finish, use Penofin® Pro-Tech Wood Cleaner to remove surface dirt, then rinse off with water.
2. To brighten and re-establish the pH balance of Ipe wood to best accept the Penofin® Verde Oil Finish, use Penofin® Pro-Tech Wood Brightener, then rinse off with water and allow to dry completely.
3. Apply Penofin® Verde Oil Finish as directed on the can, letting it penetrate for 30 minutes.
4. To remove excess oil finish that hasn’t been absorbed by the wood, rub the Ipe surface with smooth rags until dry to the touch. IMPORTANT: Dispose of rags in a metal bucket of water to avoid spontaneous combustion.
5. After completely dry, apply Wood Shield to timber to provide additional protection against water and food stains.
