Assembly was straightforward and not difficult. Product looks to be robust.
The only complaint I have is that the decals on the two side shelves were stuck far too well. The printed surface pulled off the adhesive backing and I’ve worn off a couple of fingernails trying to get it off. They don’t need to be stuck that well. It’s not like anyone is going to leave them on.
Too soon to give feedback on use. Assembly was easy other that a rivet was broken on front right corner and I had to reinstall a new rivet.
Got a deal on a new Blackstone! The first one i had for years is still working great but the frame is getting old.
First time purchasing and using a griddle for out doors vs a grill and I’m totally sold on the griddle! Less smoke and better cooking!

I have only used it once for smash burgers. Getting ready to make Philly cheesesteak sandwiches.
Instructions need improvement as it was difficult to follow when specifying certain screws referred to as "M" & non included. (A-K only)
Inside wire shelf did not fit this model?
Frame parts did not line up properly.
One of the wheel threads had jagged edge & had to be sanded to fit & screw into frame.
Hood needed adjustment as it did not open & shut properly.
We completed the task of assembling, but definitely a challenge!
So far, so good. Only been able to cook on it a couple times because of the rainy weather but we’re enjoying it so far.
We bought the 28” Blackstone griddle as an anniversary gift to ourselves — and y’all, we’ve never looked back. This thing is a life upgrade. It heats fast, cooks evenly, and cleans up without drama — unlike us on moving day. Honestly, we’re now in a committed throuple with our griddle, and we’re all thriving. 10/10 would elope with it if Cliff ever got weird about sharing.
The grill is very nice looking, my only complaint is the cabinet doors sort of sink in naturally instead of being flush when closed. So I have to move them and align them each time to make them look right.
