A ceramic heat control grid helps distribute heat evenly, while beefing up flavor by vaporizing drippings, marinades, or juices. 

It can reach up to ~ 550°F, thanks to a 1,300-watt / 120V heating element with an expected life of around 5,000 hours. Add in a 60-minute safety timer with surge protection, and you’ve got a grill built for both performance and peace of mind.
