I love my Blackstone! I had my first Blackstone when it first came out, recently got the upgrade to the one with the doors and prep table and it’s a total game changer. Love that I have storage for all of my supplies to cook with. Highly recommend!
Best grill ever! Love mine!
So far looks good in my house already!
Grill looks great! Just built it and can’t wait to start using it.
Getting a seasoned
I don’t like that Blackstone doesn’t include a place to hold spices, or oil/water bottles with their upper tier griddles. This should be standard items on the Culinary Series at a minimum.
I have only used it once, but it is very easy to use and did a great job of cooking the food.
Assembly took a long time and was hard but could have been better with improved instructions and quality of hardware.
Firstly I had to force bend a lot of flanges and push parts to align holes. This is difficult solo.
Secondly the order of assembly could have been better. Why do we attach the legs to the main cooking part then attach the bottom surface to those legs which require them to be square (which they won't be) and not easily rested on top of them? It would have been better to assemble the legs to the bottom rack then move that assembly to the main rack since those holes align in a way to easily manipulate the legs. Other parts of assembly were similarily not done well
